Merchandise can be returned in its original condition at any time for a refund of the purchase price or for exchange. We realize that some of you are building homes and that you are unsure as to what will work and what will not work for you. Be sure to include a note of explanation and instructions as to whether you want a refund or an exchange. We do not refund the original shipping and handling charge and do not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
UPS automatically insures packages for $100, however we recommend that you insure shipments for their full purchase price. Postal returns are not automatically insured for any value, therefore always need to be insured. |

Shipping is based on the total cost of your order. When you fill out an online order form, shipping charges will be automatically added for your information. We ship primarily UPS within the continental United States. We also ship to Canada and other foreign countries primarily through the US Postal Service and charge only the actual cost of the shipment which is based upon total weight and location.
